Me again 馃檪
Fixed !!!!

Here is the code pushed in functions.php
(page_name removed because not required in my case)

It looks like code is not accepted in posts here, so here is the illustration screenshot: https://snipboard.io/92hZ08.jpg

isset($_GET[‘gclid’]) ? $_GET[‘gclid’] : “”;
has been taken from my gclid injection script

Don’t forget to set page_url as a non required field in the Divi contact form setting (in order to allow the mail to be sent if there NO gclid in the url).

Hope it will helps 馃槈

It works fine but in my (particular case) I need to retrieve an URL including a GCLID parameter.

My url looks like : https://mydomain.com/contact/?gclid=12345

Can the script be changed to include the full URL including the gclid parameter ?

Thanks

Should work with a code snippet plugin too..

When you do this and inspect the page, can you see the code in the footer of your site?

Sorry we do not have a tutorial for this – but it would be similar method of hiding the short description on the page and then on load, to automatically add this text

Lo 煤nico que necesito que env铆e la descripci贸n corta del producto en vez de la URL.

I think i’ve tried this correctly – would it make any difference on a WP Multisite? I’m receiving the email, but where the info would be is blank / empty.

To recap I’ve added two fields (Input Field), made them display:none, added the code to my functions.php file in child theme, and added the fields to my email, e.g. %%page_name%%

I tested your method in a regular post and it works great, but it won’t work in a Theme Builder template for “All Products.” Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance!

I tried it on Divi 4.7.5, but it doesn’t work.

Peeked into the source of the generated page, and the script is inserted into the page, but other than that, I can’t see the variables within the page.

Any hint is highly appreciated.

Not sure, if you are using Gmail or similar, you could set up a filter to add a tag or put it in a folder automatically

Perhaps with a plugin that can dynamically insert the necessary code in function.php?
