More type-os you might want to fix in section 4:
“Choose a unique shotcode name – this can be anything, but it is advisable to create one that describes your content as when you look at the shortcode name, you can then know what is is showing.”

Shotcode should be shortcode
“Know what is is showing” should be “what it is showing”

Typo… “Customise the form desgin” should be “Customise (or customize) the form design”
