I use Divi Form Builder from Divi Engine on several websites of mine and clients. Visually and handling are really simple. For me very important is the support. I am glad that Divi Engine team found me the solution after such a long search and work. Highly recommended.

This form builder is incredible. A must have, and has some great customisable options! Highly recommend. Support are also super quick and very helpful!

Divi Form Builder is a very powerful plugin that allows many customizations. It is a valid solution to fill the native Divi contact module. Important function, it allows the saving of emails in the database. Very helpful!

I never have anything bad to say about Pete and his team whether I am commenting on YouTube or leaving a review here on their site. I make it a point to come leave a review after I use their new plugins on real projects. This plugin has helped me create a form with multiple types of fields extremely fast. The built-in Divi Contact Form is nowhere near as robust as this. I sent some suggestions to support relating to some idea for new fields which I am sure they will evaluate and add to this plugin if my ideas bring value to their users. The fact that it saves the forms to the database allows me to now eliminate a plugin a used ages ago to do that.

Great plugin guys honestly. I highly recommend the lifetime membership to anyone that is reading this. All their plugins make you a more efficient Divi User/Designer/Developer. Hats off to everyone at Divi Engine

Great plugin which was much needed for Divi. It brings the native divi formatting options which is much better than using any of the other popular plugins. Cannot wait for it to support payments and have multi-step options. Game changer!

As a Divi user, this Form Builder should be your go-to form plugin for WordPress. It has plenty of built in features & integrations, and it is very cost-effective. Note you get access to all features as a paid user. Out of the box the user experience of this plugin is excellent because of its integration with Divi it is extremely simple to set up a form and customise. The form builder offers a ton of features and input options including file upload, which is normally a premium price feature with competitors. Also to mention the great customer support alongside you will not beat this product.
