- Limitation on Multiple Downloads: The refund policy is void if a plugin is downloaded more than once, to prevent misuse.
- Refund Post-Resolution Attempts: Refunds are issued only after all conditions are met and our team has exhausted all efforts to resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Subscription Renewal Refunds: Refunds for automatic subscription renewals are available within 7 days of the renewal date.
